Website Terms and Conditions

1.1. webpage www.maremma.pl (hereinafter: the “Site”) is owned by Maremma Sp. z o.o. with
registered office in Poznań, ul. ks. Jakuba Wujka 9, 61-581 Poznań, entered in the register of entrepreneurs
of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0001152614, PIN 7831921657, REGON 540772411,
email address: kontakt@maremma.pl, Tel.: +48 789 809 070 (hereinafter referred to as “Administrator” or
“Restaurant”).

1.2. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules of use of the Website, rights and obligations
Users and the rules for the provision of information and booking services by the Administrator.

1.3. Use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. A user who does not
accepts the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, should cease using the Site.

1.4. The Terms and Conditions are made available free of charge on the Website in a way that enables it to be obtained,
playback and recording of content by the User.

2.1. User — a natural person visiting the Website or using its functionality.

2.2. Client — a natural person, a legal person or an organisational unit with no personality
a legal entity that uses the services of the Restaurant, makes a reservation of a table or purchases a voucher
of gift.

2.3. Service — catering service provided by the Restaurant, as well as other services available
through the Website, including booking a table, subscribing to the newsletter or purchasing a voucher.

2.4. Deal — a contract for the provision of catering services concluded between the Client and
Restaurant Maremma Sp. z o.o., including a table reservation agreement.

2.5. Voucher — a document in paper or electronic form constituting a voucher entitling to
to use the services of the Maremma Restaurant within the scope and period specified in its content.

3.1. Through the Site, Users can:
3.1.1. get acquainted with the current offer of the Restaurant, menu and information about events
specials,
3.1.2. make table reservations online,
3.1.3. make inquiries regarding the organization of private or corporate events,
3.1.4. subscribe to the newsletter informing about news and special offers,
3.1.5. obtain information about the possibility of purchasing gift vouchers.

3.2. Table reservations can be made through the reservation system
integrated into the Website, by phone, email or in person at the Restaurant.

3.3. Reservation requires providing the necessary data, including name, surname, e-mail address,
phone number and date of visit. The administrator may require confirmation of the reservation by
User.

3.4. The administrator reserves the right to cancel or change the booking date for reasons
independent of it, in particular for organisational or technical reasons. About all
The Administrator will inform the User of the changes immediately to the indicated e-mail address or number
telephone.

3.5. Maremma Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to make changes to the offer, hours
Restaurant opening, menu and terms of service. Current information is published
on the Website and in the social media of the Restaurant.

4.1. The User undertakes to use the Website in a manner consistent with the provisions of the law,
good manners, rules of social coexistence and these Regulations.

4.2. The user agrees not to take any action that could disrupt
the functioning of the Party, including, in particular, not to attempt to gain access to
information resources or databases in an unauthorized manner.

4.3. The Administrator shall endeavour to ensure that the Website operates continuously and without interruption, however
reserves the right to temporarily suspend its operation for technical reasons or
maintenance.

4.4. The Administrator is not responsible for interruptions in the functioning of the Website resulting from
causes beyond its control, including force majeure, failure of telecommunication networks or
errors on the part of Internet service providers.

5.1. Maremma Sp. z o.o. processes personal data of Users and Customers in accordance with
the applicable legal provisions, in particular the Regulation of the European Parliament and
Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act of
on 10 May 2018

5.2. Detailed rules for the processing of personal data and the rights of individuals,
to whom the data relate, determines Privacy Policy, available on the Website at
www.maremma.pl/en/polityka-prywatnosci.

5.3. The customer has the right to access his personal data, their rectification, deletion,
restriction of processing, data portability, objection to data processing
and withdraw consent to their processing at any time.

5.4. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with President of the Data Protection Office
Personal if you consider that the processing of her personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

6.1. The Terms and Conditions are valid from the date of their publication on the Website www.maremma.pl.

6.2. Maremma Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions. Changes
enter into force from the moment of their publication on the Site, unless another date of entry into the
life.

6.3. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions shall apply Codex
civil, Act on the provision of electronic services and other applicable laws
Polish.

6.4. Any disputes arising from the use of the Site or the provision of services will be resolved by
court with local jurisdiction for the registered office of Maremma Sp. z o.o., subject to mandatory
applicable consumer laws.
